i dont think ur going to do a 3x3 area with any 120w. if i were you i would just get all 180's for veg and flower. i cant suggest any other company besides GLH because i haven't seen any leds do better. Do you homework when buying leds be careful allot of them are scam company's. good luck!

take the glass out will improve the light. not too sure what you mean by move efficient? cant make it use less power. leds will give you more potent buds with more frost over HID if you use the right lights.

the lights i use are all around good lights veg and bloom. but if thats all you want it for i would just get some CFL's like T5's save some money
