a pound per 600 watt of hps is good.ive never seen anyone use 600 watt of cfl and yeild more than 16 oz,it doesnt happen.

depending on veg time,pot size,7 oz dry from a 400 is pretty good.

if you perfect it,you should be getting bigger yeilds than that with a 1000 watter.you can get 16+ oz using a 600 in soil.
