To be honest you can put plants on a flowering cycle from a seedling and get bud within a couple of weeks, yes a very small amount but it can be done, iv done it.
What kind of lights r u useing, and yes I wouldn't bother feeding them till mid to late june. Yeah I would mix them them, worm casting is great to use. I would only transplant once along with only being moved once. I wouldn't transplant till the plant is between 4 to 8 inches.
