The short answer is you run a higher risk of running into problems with bagseed then from stronger genetics from a reputable seed dealer.

But something I would be more concerned about it looks like you might have a spider mite problem .

There have been numerous Professional articles that I have read where over clocking your lights can reduce the efficiency of the spectrums and will actually be counterproductive to your grow. I'm confident a short time surfing Google you should be able to find numerous reports backing this up.

BUT, Given that I just spent about 2 grand on an entire new indoor grow set up, that 50 bucks hurts a lot more now than it normally would.

No shit. Had I of spent that kind of capital on my seeds I would have debated on burning the house down collecting the insurance and starting over.

Eh, I'm out about 50 bucks. Already ordered new seeds, And I still have one skywalker left over that I did not germinate.

If there is one saving grace it's that the issue happened now and not 4 or 5 weeks into flowering.
