    The short answer is you run a higher risk of running into problems with bagseed then from stronger genetics from a reputable seed dealer.

    There have been numerous Professional articles that I have read where over clocking your lights can reduce the efficiency of the spectrums and will actually be counterproductive to your grow. I'm confident a short time surfing Google you should be able to find numerous reports backing this up.
