Maybe not as heavy training with only 3 plants but certainly in the future will be using cropping and LST with trellis net. With this 1st grow we will see how it goes but cropping for sure with mild LST .

Judging by the condition of your plants and how they appear to be ate up with spider mites, Harvesting early might be your only way to salvage anything on that plant.
