Well sure you could but your overall harvest will suffer. Using those lights is like joining a Nascar race with a scooter. Sure you can finish the race but you're certainly not coming out on top. Me personally if I only had 2 300 W lights, I would only grow 2 plants max.

What is your light situation? And a 4x4 is plenty for 3 plants you could probably do 4, I'm in a five-by-five doing 5 plants. You can probably even get away with 6 if you are doing autos.

I'm curious how you can tell sex before you even switch light cycles.
