The flower & vege switches are just a sales gimmick. Unless you're worried about electricity consumption you should always have them both turned on.

If the plant is green and healthy I'd say you're not doing anything wrong it's either 1 of 2 options. Just a bad genetic bean or you have a super long flowering sativa that could go in to 12 weeks of flower And they will start fattening up in the next 2 weeks
