Yes, gently loltrichome heads can form very early. I rubbed a couple of mine before and it smelled dank :D here's one of mine that's 2 days old in the pic and already forming trichome heads :blsmoke:

It looks like an overwatering issue. Your hybrid setup can use improvements, looks like you used the top of the bottle and turned it upside down? Your roots aren't getting enough oxygen. Looks like it'd escape out the sides mostly before getting to your soil with just a cap hole open down there...

If you're not on a tight budget I know of a really good compost mix for mushies. It's $45+ shipping for a 10lb bag. They also sell kits with rye Berry bags. I used the compost and mine turned out super potent
