Do you or huel know of any good spots in Detroit that are available?

Looking for a nice detroit (or hamtramck) location that would make a nice private, members only club. Anyone know of anything that could work. Preferences of location would be Eastern Market, downtown and east side, but those are just my comfort zones, the right spot is the right spot.

The actual extraction process takes less than an hour per run. I have a 220 gram tube and a 450. The purge process is what takes several hours. I have 5 racks in my oven so I can do a half dozen runs a day, no prob.

I wish I was in the city so I could do some cool threads. Hopefully soon.
