I always look for land contracts. I always avoid assholes with credit checks, references, multiple deposits, applications..... all that shit. Good luck.

I haven't looked into that much yet, but I would prefer supplemental lighting though for sure. That was one of the main reasons why I'd consider messing with solar or wind energy.
