Even though I just strained my neck trying to look at your pics, yes, I think it's overwatering. Do you know what your pots feel like dry? That's the sure-fire way to know.
The only pic that concerns me is the second one. The leaf looks too dark green and crispy. The other pics look OK to me. I see the spots but they aren't that big yet and it's not clear there's a real problem. That second pic doesn't look good though. Are the plants still growing OK?
The easy way to tell whether it's too wet or too dry is weight. Do you know what the container feels like dry? That's how you can tell. The other thing that can cause droopiness is root problems like root rot which would definitely be caused by too wet. That's why growing isn't easy!! :)
You only see the distinct colors through the canopy. If you just had your light pointed at the floor without anything in between you wouldn't see the distinct colors.
I'd be very cautious! This is why I switched from DWC. I had basketball sized roots that were this color and thriving plants growing rapidly. Within a week, I started seeing droopy leaves and what looked like deficiencies. Another few days and my roots were rotting. I was running Heisman's...
The tips of the leaves look like bug damage to me. The yellow bottom leaves look to be N deficiency. I'm confused by your mention of those extreme temps -- are your plants not indoors?
For anyone reading this considering a BS, they won't adequately cover a 2x3 space in flower. I'd say more like 1.5x2.5 max. But they do cover a 2x3 space in veg quite nicely.
I did a lot of research first and I wasn't willing to risk thousands of dollars on a relatively new technology. I got these for 270 each. Two are still running so even with one down I feel like I got decent value. If this had happened with something I spent thousands on, I would be a much...
I have 3 of these. I wonder how long the other two are going to last? I bought these just over a year ago and of course, the warranty is only one year. I tried these by themselves on my first two grows. Since then, I've been running an HID with two of these on the sides providing...
I've had (and have) this same situation myself. I've never figured it out. It was never due to pollination. I have read that buds go through cycles putting out new pistols while some die-off. I always assumed that was the cause but who knows?
