I veg under a t5 HO, and my nodes were so tight I almost couldn't count how many there were, but now as she got a new pot and then another final potting, she's still got tighter node spacing then your normally see, but she is a beast. That tight node spacing is the best.

You would be wasting plants to scrog them that tight together. You wanna double that spacing IMO. If you go 16" apart, that's really only 8 inches of scrog net around the plant, because the next plant will eat half that spacing. A scrog will give you maximum yield, with minimal plant, but...

I believe totally in what snaps says. It's the same thing with a dryer. If you use the shitty flex lines, they create baffles in the line that disrupt air flow, they trap dirt and debris and are not the best option. I am not sure exactly why people don't use rigid ducts.
