Okay. Also check your strains preferences, some like it hot, some cooler, some can handle more light, some less.

    Stunted growth recovery

This is more than preflower, do you have it on 18/6 light? I‘d put it in flower now, since it also could have some auto genetics. if you really want, reveg her with 24hours of light

Also, I personally mix water with rainwater or distilled water max 50/50, but you have to check your water where you live. Cal/Mag is in tap water and the plants need that too.

Discoloration/Bud Rot after drying, curing? Overthinking or serious problem?

I cant answer all your question fully, but: 1) yes, its almost always still moisture inside even if outside leafs are completely dry. 2) From what I've read, you dont have an oscillating ventilator in your drying closed. This is a must. point it to a wall, so no direct wind on the buds.

    Droopy thin tips

Im not an expert with Coco, but here is my opinion. Not getting enough oxygen with coco is really hard to achieve. The plants actually look rather thirsty to me. How often do you water? How much do you water?

First grow, signs of stress, not sure how to proceed

I would leave this vent, just run it on a lower level (if possible) and/or turn the vent a bit more out of direction of the top of the plant. The leaves should still move every other 2-5 seconds but dont have to be in the wind constantly. If you are having big fat buds then that another story...

Agree, you plants are not getting enough air to the roots. All wet. Let the pot dry until the pot gets a lot lighter. Then only water again. If the plant has not rooted through the pot fully, dont make the soil too wet, because it will just stay wet and you will have the same probem again.

    Help, Fans leaves turning

If its 2 months old you should start feeding, especially if you are not using large pots. get that PH to around 6.5-6.8. Temp is ok but not higher. Did you already switch to flower or you still vegging?
