so it doesn't have to go into flowering in order to show sex????

i have one plant right now seedling stage is there any way to tell the sex without going into flowering? if so is it possible to cut a clone from a flowering plant? i just want to have a clone going always so i can never be dry this plant is going to be for personal use and i just want to keep...

less than an inch cfl 23 watt but i have a fan hitting the light and it isn't hot to the touch ii can litterally hold it in my hand with no hurt

that sucks i lowered the light to 3 incches but it burned the tips should i just use my 200 watt hps? think it would burn it to a crisp now that it is so young

this is my seedling i planted the seed with root out on the 26th it is the 29th how long should i wait to put up my HPS? i have a 1600 luming CFL on it now just wondering when i should put it up also when should i start giving the plant nutrients? thanks
