No. Germinated and placed right into 3 gal pots. Im not too worried. It hasnt got any worse nor spread to any other parts of the plant.

Sorry wasnt completly clear. I didnt follow it entirely. Meaning i was not feeding it nutrients from week one. I did exactly that and fed just water until week two of veg. But the problems got way worse after first week of feeding

Also why stop checking run off? The Soul is mixing in with the water and Raisingthe ph. If the water is adjusted to an 8 then the roots wont absorb anything except NPK.

Ok well i said in the post last night that i did it as a basic test just to see how much my soil was effecting the ph of the water. I just wanted an acidic solution to run through and see what was going on. Do you have any suggestions on what microbes work best?
