New tek for cheap/ easier extractions: Fill mouth with water carbonated with butane, insert flowers, gargle for 30 seconds.. and spit into coffee filter over a glass pan to collect extracted resins. disclaimer: don't do this.

    Ph is this possible?

Water should be 7.0 coming out of a clean RO system. Replace your meter, or RO filters if it doesn't stay .1 around 7 off RO. If you wanna know what your water actually is at, that is.

    First grow 4x4 tent 400w/mh 600w/hps

As far as the deficiency, looks like cal /mag deficiency or heat burn on the foliage. Do you use cal mag? Interesting that your doing 600w in 4x4. Is your canopy 3x3 or what?

That's how i do it... Put the ducting into the carbon filter a few inches past the flange, and tape heavily with foil tape to seal it up. Makes a permanent attachment for a bit of ducting, but I replace carbon filters after 2 runs anyway and only use a foot or so between the filter and the fan.

Wait, why are you soaking in butane? When I run my oil, I try to evap the majority of the butane out of the pan as soon as safely possible. I use luke warm water for the inital spray, and replace it a few times with warm to hot tap water. My (liquid) butane in the pan is gone in 10 minutes, and...

Yeah Dewalt is like the walmart of power tools I think. It's pretty cheap, and certainly gets the job done for the regular guy. But if your doing some serious work, and working a lot - I agree it would be better to invest in a better brand :). However, dewalt impact drivers are 1000x better...

    what is a dab?

Butane burns around 1500F.. As long as it uses butane, and it's a torch lighter. It should be fine for dabbing. That being said, I love this torch. http://www.amazon.com/Blazer-GT8000-Shot-Butane-Torch/dp/B000NCZU0A/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1355304046&sr=8-4&keywords=blazer+torch It holds like...

You definitly need a drill to drill out the holes to start otherwise your wood can/will crack. Also you need to drill a hole through the side frame 2x6, and into two 2x4 boards to fasten the legs to the frames. I accomplished this with a 3/8"x5" inch carrier bolt. Impact drivers are AMAZING...

I also vary my pH for optimal uptake.. Lower to 6.2-6.5 in veg, and higher around 6.5-6.8 in flower.. For the first couple weeks of flower, i feed and balance pH like it's still vegging. Only once I see the flowers forming do I go half / half, then I move onto full bloom nutes/bloom pH after...

now now... no need to be mean to get your point across here.. I use the harbor frieght two stage. I really like it because it reportedly goes to 25 microns, and you can purchase a two year extended warranty for $20 (highly reccomended). Also if you have a local harbor freight it's worth it to...

It's hard to tell from pictures.. But I mean it looks like some decent budder. Light complexion, and consistent coloring. Although if you want oil/sap.. the best technique for that would be electric vacuum purging. $150-$200 on vacuum, $100-$200 on a chamber.. well worth it though if you like...

i also have the 4x4 version :) I could give you a materials list. It's pretty eassssy. Ran me about 80-90 total at home depot after everything.. Although you do need a table saw. Or some saw capable of making somewhat precise cuts.

hahahaha  awesome. Glad to help. I've done paper towels to get that extra nute solution soaked up before. Now I just pour water over the trey and the dirty water rinses out into the bucket. Though if you have a lot of water you might consider a hand bilge pump. Meant to pump water out of...

Put a flood tray in there, cut a 2" hole in the deep end, put bucket under hole... Water.. Remove bucket when it's full. :) Works for soil, no back breaking work. Also brings my plants up higher and makes it much much easier to work on. I suffer from lots of back pain, mainly lower back / hips...
