okay, just to satisfy nitro..i went to the exchange and got as far as log-in and it still just sits there after i log-in..spoke to chat they said they are up 24/7 and recommend off-peak hours or if you want to sign up over the phone call 800.318.2596 24/7.. there you have it..the reason?..of the millions who need to do this..this is not like going to amazon and purchasing a hygrometer..they need to come to the site MANY times before the final decision is made..this is the MAIN reason the site can't handle the traffic..
No, the site was just poorly designed. They knew well in advance what the volume would be, they just were unprepared for it. The company hired to do the work has a record of very poor performance. It was a no-bid contract given to an Obama supporter.

He believes the shit he spews which simply makes him an internet bully...
I don't think he believes it at all. He goes to great lengths to distort, misdirect, and outright lie to "prove" his points. His tactics are dishonest to an extreme. Does that sound like a true believer?

As I understand it only a very few have been able to get a valid login. Then when they try it, it fails.

And then there is privacy. I heard a report you lose your HIPA privacy if you sign up.

There is tiny, fine print link that takes you to a page that has more fine print to read.....it read like you have no privacy.

If you have ever read a HIPA statement you will know what I mean.

OTH, the yout always suffer to take care of the ones that brung 'em.

Not necessarily true

He lives off goverment welfare in Australia
And bitches about mooches on the goverment dole
More bullshit you cannot prove... Add this to your long list of lies... See below;

No we dont
They have Universal Healthcare in Australia. Which makes you wonder why he is always bitching about moochers

Australia achieves universal coverage through Medicare, a tax-funded public insurance program that covers most medical care, including physician and hospital services and prescription drugs. Most health services are financed and regulated by the federal government, although the states and territories have responsibility for public hospital care. Besides Medicare, roughly half of Australians receive additional coverage through private insurance, which the government subsidizes and which covers such services as dental care and private hospitals.
Caught plagiarising again you pathetic little moron... This is why you couldn't pull and American girl - and had to plagiarise a wife* from a third world shithole...

Besides Medicare, roughly half of Australians receive additional coverage through private insurance, which the government subsidizes and which covers such services as dental care and private hospitals. Most doctors operate in private practice and are paid on a fee-for-service basis, and GPs act as gatekeepers to specialized care. Roughly two-thirds of hospital beds are in public hospitals and the rest in private, although private patients can be treated in public hospitals. Physicians in public hospitals either earn a salary and can receive additional fees for seeing private patients, or are in private practice and receive hourly compensation for treating public patients. Current policy goals include developing a new management structure for public hospitals around local area networks, increasing the federal government’s contribution to public hospitals, introducing performance reporting, and strengthening primary care.

see?..all's well that ends well..now, if you could have only harnessed the rage within you over the ACA, you could have focused your energy on something more worthwhile..volunteering at a soup kitchen for a day..going through your closets and donating to the homeless person on the corner (gently used items only, please) EDIT: PRO TIP HINT: your employers health plan goes up EVERY year and had nothing to do with the ACA..
Actually, I don't have any rage over ACA. Perhaps you just need to believe that in your own mind, but it's not reallity. I do volunteer, but not at a "soup kitchen". I donate frequently to Goodwill and the Salvation Army. My employer's health plan is contracted for 3 year intervals normally, but new regulations required that it be rebid. We have several options, all much better than ACA.

No I wouldn't... Many years ago yes, not now or anytime in the near future...
From what I've heard, Australia seems a pretty good place to live. I've always wanted to visit, but it's just so damn far away. About as far as you can get without leaving the planet.

lol so easy to sit on the other side of the world and be critical..eche you are a mooch just like the rest of us:lol:..now go find me a koala..i just love their furry little ears and want to hug them and kiss them and never let them go!
Very easy to do when our programs are far superior - at half the cost... For the record I've never been on welfare, never even met a social worker or someone from child services and my healthcare is covered by the VA... You should come over and hug a koala, heaps of them about this time of year... Just FYI, some can be dangerous...

the ACA is not an option, it is not healthcare..it is a law..when will you understand this?..the law mandates..it does not provide healthcare..the insurance companies provide healthcare..the law is trying to not get us ripped off anymore..but seeing is how you are a white male..you would not know what it feels like to be discriminated against.

Uh.. What does this have to do with anything I said? If you think racism or discrimination is limited to only white males, you're an idiot. And a bigot.
