REPEAT AFTER ME..the website is down..it crashed the first day..no one can sign up unless you are using a state run exchange..approximately only HALF the states have their own exchanges..we are ALL waiting..

Are you sure it is down all the time?..I thought it was down at night during the off time and then on during the day..

i've gotten through and cannot log on with the information i set up with months ago..i also tried to sign-up as new user..i can't get my old logon info sent to me and i can't get new log on criteria..which means it's still crashed..

okay, just to satisfy nitro..i went to the exchange and got as far as log-in and it still just sits there after i log-in..spoke to chat they said they are up 24/7 and recommend off-peak hours or if you want to sign up over the phone call 800.318.2596 24/7..

there you have it..the reason?..of the millions who need to do this..this is not like going to amazon and purchasing a hygrometer..they need to come to the site MANY times before the final decision is made..this is the MAIN reason the site can't handle the traffic..

The main reason is that they cant program worth shit...

I'm not waiting. My employer provided health care plan went up, but my employer is covering the added cost. Lucky me!

see?..all's well that ends well..now, if you could have only harnessed the rage within you over the ACA, you could have focused your energy on something more worthwhile..volunteering at a soup kitchen for a day..going through your closets and donating to the homeless person on the corner (gently used items only, please):mrgreen:

EDIT: PRO TIP HINT: your employers health plan goes up EVERY year and had nothing to do with the ACA..

Pretty much all the time. Occasionally, a lucky few get in, but the are problems even after getting signed up. Spouses somehow become children, etc. The company that set up the website has a record of really poor quality work, but is run by a Obama supporter, seemingly the only qualification required. Same way we got a tax cheat running the Treasury Dept. This is not unique to Obama, it is a long time tradition among politicians.
