Pipe cleaners with weights attached to the ends. Bend down the tops carefully and attach the pipe cleaner. Increase weight as the plant gets used to it. (credit to Sannie for that gem).

You could potentially do crazy things with that plant by transplanting into a huge, wide, pot and then using LST. Tie the top off to the side, gradually lower it and lower it over a number of days till the main top is lower than other parts of the plant. Then you will end up with a huge bush. If you keep tying down more and more and flower it with the tie downs still in place you can always stop stretch completely when you flip to 12/12.

Don't be scared to experiment. Take things slowly and carefully. Hope whatever you try goes well.

Might be a little late for a good attempt at LST. Still, a little bending and tying off can still be done, but ideally, LST should have been started sooner.

been there, the go to method for me is supercropping
just bend where it's still flexible, actually will need pliars
otherwise most plants shrug off a supercrop bend in a day

"530cfm outaaa 6" is impressive" so is a 20" box fan that pushes 3200cfm

And as long as their is atleast 1 node under you can top as many times as you want it..

First 2 weeks of flower use a MH. This is my first try with that method. I am 10 days into flower, and my girls have only stretched maybe 5-6 inches. Usually by now (when using hps) i have had already close to a foot. I am very impressed so far!

Also, cut the "veg" nutes out just b4 flipping to 12/12, and go with bloom nutes.

I dunno about that one. In my experience cutting out the veg nutes too soon causes leaves to yellow out sooner than you might like. I extend the veg nutes 2 weeks into flower and have had better luck retaining a nice green look throughout most of the run.

If one is say 6 weeks into flower...would I get a better result tying my branches down or leaving her to do her thing? Remember 6 weeks into flower us the only time I can start due too setup...

P.s they say lowering temps has a big effect on shortening internode distane.. Super crop or fim top/highest branches only...this will allow lower growth to catch up to the top and be nice fat colas instead of crappy popcorn...

Options for limiting stretch.....

High N food
Lights close
Plenty of light
Next to no difference between lights on vs lights off.
LST

During flowering I always advise against topping and supper cropping for stress purposes.

Here's some easier advice.
Get a bottle of Humbolt's "Bush Master"
Give her 5ml. of the Bush Master with your regular Nutrient solution.
You usually apply it once when you put her to flower to stop stretch, but you can use it in veg to control height issues.
Height problem solved. Sit back and smoke a "J"

Repeat when you put her into flower.
