Why the under developed buds?

Hi guy's. I was wondering why i have under developed buds? I have deadhead og so i know its a sativa dominant, but i just finished week 4 from 12/12 today. I dont know if i should of counted that 2 week transition period or not. But there 4 weeks including the transitional period.

Grow room conditions are great.

Temp 72-79
humidity 22-30
1600 watts hps
800 watts flourescent
co2 tank added all day.

There drinking about a 1 1/2 gallons a day.


Was using general hydroponics 3 part. Now i switched to advance nutes
sensi a & b
big bud,
overdrive
humboldt crystal burst
humboldt purple maxx
humboldts snow storm
humboldts magnum

my ppm's was always 1300 and they did great so i turn it up to 1700 and there still doing fine. But no growth. I think they just stopped getting taller a few days ago.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

it looks nice and healthy imo, i'd not get too freaked out over slow bud growth as these kinda things seem to have a way of working themselves out themselves in my experience..

deadhead og is nice smoke, your patience will be greatly rewarded.. :D

I was wondering would they fill out just fine but i was comparing mine to some of the pics on the web at the same age. Have this strain be known to have good veg growth, then take off in the very end?

Those dont look under developed to me. I count 12/12 right from the flip. My buds don't start to look fat until week 7 or 8. They really fill out in weeks 9-11.

Foreal, i made the mistake of using overdrive for this week, but i had to top off about 3 times and it wont be a week until saturday. Thnx, i wasnt sure. So im on track then. I just wanna pull close to the yield you guys do. My plants are 5 ft from root to tip, i tried to keep them short but they just kept growing. And its 1600 watts hps and 800 watts cfl's on them.

wait wait. I heard my sativa dominant is suppose to go to 9 weeks flower......is im suppose to go to 10-11 weeks flower, or is that different strains?

Sativa dom can go up to half a year lol, most are 10-12 weeks, some are 14+ and some are 8 weeks, like c99 :D

damn how im suppose to see how far mine suppose to go besides getting a microscope. THEM DAMN THINGS COST LIKE $40 DOLLARS APIECE
