I bought the 220 micron bag for there for 14$ shipped and it made awesome dry ice hash!! Also I'm subbed I wanna see the yield off this as I'm seriously considering hydro to increase yield!!

Yield is increased and i feel like its a lot faster in veg getting the height and nodes you are happy with. When i did soil and i topped or did any type of training the plants seemed to get stunted for a longer period than compared to hydro. Stunting almost seems non-existent in hydro as long as you dont over-nute

I am thinking of doing the same DWC buckets you are using I'm pretty excited to see how you yield as soil has came out sweet and aromatic the yield just isn't there.

One of the biggest keys I think to getting the massive yields in soil is having quality soil, and having a massive space for the roots. In hydro you can get away with smaller more compact root systems though.

Well I use good soil FFOF soil with added perlite, but I only grew in 3 gallon containers I learned my lesson I'm going to 5 gallon containers as they say bigger roots bigger shoots hehe.

I used 5 gallon last time I grew in soil but cut the bottom of the grow bag off half way through flower and added another2-3 gallons in another bag undernieth each one. Afterwards the plants noticeably grew faster/better.

Last time i did soil i ran afghan kush. I used promix with botanicare nutes, 5 gal buckets. Had a boss camera too

edit: 6 ounces even off two plants 400w hps. A lot of the success of that soil grow in my opinion was because it received zero stress. I didnt even top or fim, i was a noob and was scared of making it a hermie ^_^.

Trich's: spotted a couple amber/going amber trichs, not very many though. mostly cloudy. Still a few clears. Sounds like the weatherman doesnt it? No real signs of maturation like the pistils receding or browning. Might be in for 70+ days

Picture 6 is some purpling going on, i doubt it will ever reach the buds in time for harvest

Anyone know of any bloom enhancers that WORK? Like bud candy,sweet, etc...And is it too late to use those?

I like to use Humbolt Honey ES during my 7-14 day flush. Don't have lab results to back it up, but I do feel some carbohydrates during the flush keep it going strong to the end. I also believe the carbs help it out after the chop, the same way your cut flowers from the florist come with that little packet to mix with the water to help them last longer. It'll be a minimal amount left in the stems, but a little is better than none.

Thanks man, appreciate the kind words. This coming saturday will be day 60, will post an update friday on how they are looking and if im going to chop or not. Some hairs are starting to brown up now. Maybe i grew critical kush and not pineapple chunk by accident lol

I've been running floralicious plus this go around. I havn't harvested yet but I can't say I'm seeing any noticable difference. I usually follow the less is more approach and keep it simple. The plants always turn out dank, so it must be working ok, could I get more weight.....I don't know. The floralicious just had things in it that I have thought in the past it would be good to try out(humic acid, and kelp extract) I believe this is supposed to increase nutereint uptake, and structure in the plants. I can say I've been running my ppm 300-500 lower then ever in the past and the plants are still very green.

Yeah man i also practice less is more, 30ml of dyna bloom 5ml magpro 15ml protekt, basically half of what the chart says. I've used a humic acid product before, diamond nectar from GH, the grows were a huge success but not anymore so than ones without. Not sure why i stopped using it, i think i might of ran out.

Ive been hearing some really good reviews on voodoo juice, i really only want to switch to try that. Maybe i can integrate it in with my dynagro line up.

Usually once I start to see any amber is when I go ahead as long as the rest of the trichs look cloudy. That being said I rarely look at trichs any more because I've been running the same genetics for so long I just pull at a certain point. Now that I've got some new strains going I'm gonna have to learn them though.
