Purple Haze... Opinions..

Im looking to grow some funky punky ass weed for my next batch. Ive been looking at purple haze simply cos the bud looks amazing and its rarely seen in my area.. I was jusy wondering if its really what its cracked up to be. Or is they other strains which look just as... Lets say beautiful but with better yield sizes or a better smoke. Cheers... grew some random purple haze freebie out. decent smoke. miniscule internodal distance. odd.... piney, hazey? smell. good tho

im interested in purple haze cos when i was younger a mate had some he brought back from amsterdam and it was an amazing smoke. and i havent seen it since. my area is all cheese and kush. you never see any purple buds floating about so im really considering trying it out. but i was just seeing if theres any alternatives. ive hurd of one called blue city, an another called berry blast. not quite sure on the smoke or yield. anyone else...?

A rare strain (even if just in your area) can be a hot commodity. I say go for it.

Do you know if when growing purple haze you have to do certian things to keep the buds purple or does it fall down to the strain. Cos like sine said they is strains of PH which are just green buds..

they will usually turn purple at the end when you flush, you can also drive temperature down in like the last week or so... you can also buy shit to put in the water and turn in purple but i dunno about all that...
