FM in Gaylord?

Seems like this would be a good location for an up north FM. Dispensaries have been around a while here so I assume it is a friendly area?

I would think a group of caregivers could throw one together pretty quick, maybe keep it bare bones til the SC rules on mcqueen.

Are you sure about Gaylord being mj friendly.
I stop in Gaylord all the time. I haven't been going
downstate much the last 8-10 months.
There was a dispensary at the south exit and one at the north.
They all got shut down.
The one at the north exit in front of walmart turned into a hydro shop.
(same dude that owns on in petoskey)
When they got shut down the town north of there opened one back up.
The old dude with the hydro greenhouses and all the tomato.

So the dispensaries have reopened and arent' having any problems?

Vanderbilt is the one I went to. He re-opened after all the ones in Gaylord got shut down.
The woman in the hydro store in front of Walmart was the one that told me he was back open.
At that time there weren't any in Gaylord.

It's really good to hear there is a dispensary there. I'd fucking love a market there. One in Gaylord,
and one in Marquette would really change the medical scene up north!!

I know a grower up that way whom had asked me about the dispensaries there in Gaylord a couple months back. I found Natural Remedies to the south and Vandebilt Holistic Apothecary to the north. Both were open and he was impressed with one over the other, but I cannot recall which.

That seems like a great idea! Farmers markets are a better distribution model than dispensaries, imo. Cut out the middle-man and keep prices reasonable for patients, and good for caregivers. It might be a good idea to check with the local sheriff, and maybe the county prosecutors office. If you get their blessing, I would imagine you're good to go....

I agree. Anyone interested in making the calls?
Belle has talked to prosecutor's secretary for both Delta & Schoolcraft counties.
Both secretaries fielded the questions and would put the prosecutor on the phone.
Delta county said no way in hell. Schoolcraft county (Manistique) says that if she got an
attorney and followed all the laws that there shouldn't be a problem.

i would love one in St Helen .... very soon i hope. gaylord is 40 miles away, that would be better than driving to lansing, jackson or anything
