Most people would think this (online pic.) is branching too when in fact it`s flowering and growing it`s support leaf too. It`s a little further along than the other thread pic. that people were quick to jump on !! The OP will show pics. in a few of the same spot !!


Yes people,..it`s very likely that is flowering on the other thread !!

I get that he doesn't see these small branches develop into full branches, only into buds but that doesn't mean they aren't branches.

A better reply to "are these the start of buds" would be to point out clusters of calyxes or preflowers instead
of pointing out something that occurs on both male and female plants.

Agreed (except to say that to get many stems by cloning, you first get more nodes). But since I'm feeling playful and noticing the big vertical thing between the two leaf bases, might I say three stems? :mrgreen: cn

does anyone realise that on page five of the other thread that cues got in an argument on, there is someone who DISAGREES with him (chuckstevez), he points the OP of that thread to THIS thread giving him the advice that some people give bad advice....

so chuck linked somebody else to this thread because of bad advice apparently given by.... the person who started this thread...cues.....

this site is hilarious sometimes, and i hope someone sees the massive irony of it all

Well this thread is b.s .Advisor rating? WTF .Not everyone has the time or desire to put 1000s of posts on here ,to build a rep large enough to be taken seriously enough for your standards.Someone with 30 years growing experience can join here and have 20 posts and still be 100 times more of an advisor than someone with 10000 posts .Thats the good thing about it being a forum ,if someone gives bs advice ,there should be more than enough people to jump in and call bs.more to the point if your looking for advice on a forum you had better be smart enough to take some suggestions with a pinch of salt and research any answers you do get more on google to make sure your not getting bs'd.I have learnt everything via google searches ,anything you need to know your better doing that than relying on people you dont know to give you the correct guidance.

haha there is no problem, i thought you were unknowingly linking him here, which would had had the smack of irony to it don't you think, the funny thing about this arguments is usually the OP get the most annoyed because he isn't being helped, like someone said you have to take advice with a grain of salt and try to think for yourself instead of blindly following the first bit advice you get

^ Yeah, as long as the OP sticks around for a minute someone will come along and challenge the bad advice... Even when good advice is given someone will come along and challenge it.

Someone said it a while ago and it is totally true... the more you actually know and experience you gain the slower you are to give advice out. I think you get better advice through PM... advice threads almost always turn into pissing matches.

It seems like most recently joined posters between 100-400 posts feel like they have something to prove.

Well after PM I got spider mites on my next grow(Afghan). I thought at first when I saw the web it was just a normal spider protecting my plant. I tryed looking for the spider, I couldnt find that fucker. Then at the grow light shop, dude told me what I had. Dicklicker told me to vacuum them. Well I have a big shop vac, Do not, I repeat do not use this. Got the spider mites on my next grow too(GDP). They really hurt ur yield. Well those grows are over. I know how to handle each problem from making mistakes.

My biggest advice, start small. I havent had more than 3 or 4 plants at a time. I usually had 1 flowering and a couple vegging. I have flowered a total of 6 plants in the last 12 months. I have 2 growing rooms, I started with a 250w halide, then upgraded to 400hps. These 2 where given to me. Then I bought a Growlab80 tent. After 6 months I bought a 600hps, and then last month a friend gave me a 1000w switchable ballast. So now I am learning to clone and am in the begining of a perpetual grow. I have a White Fire that is 3 weeks into flower, an Afgoo 1 week in flower, these are under my 600hps. Under my 1000w I got another Afgoo(day 49 of Vegg), 2 White Fire clones, and a Jack Herer seedling(4 weeks). I have more clones in the dome, Just saw a new root from another White Fire. I have 8 afgoo in various stages of cloning. I am looking to get 4-8ozs off each plant every 2 weeks, It's on nigga's
