4-6 points in CO, 7-9 points in washington, not sure in oregon. What percentages do you think they'll pass at?
Except for marijuana SHOULD be a states issue.Only question is, how much of a fight will the states put up when the feds tell them "no".
A reaction similar to a toddler being told to go to bed I'm sure.
I'm with you. I don't think anything should be a federal issue except defense and civil rights. Short of that nothing comes to mind.Except for marijuana SHOULD be a states issue.
I hope the feds just get overrun with pot smokers. Hell, if the proposition passes, the moment I saw that it had, I would literally be in the street smoking a blunt. The very next day I would be smoking a blunt while walking around town... After all, it would be deemed LEGAL in terms of the state.
doesn't take effect till dec 6Except for marijuana SHOULD be a states issue.

wouldn't smoking in public still be a no no?? after all, alcohol is legal and in most states you still can't walk down the streets with a 40 in your hands and not get arrested for it right??Except for marijuana SHOULD be a states issue.

In the Colorado law it says toking in public is prohibited. I have a vision of Amsterdam style cafes popping up all over the place. ::sigh:: I need to move to Colorado.wouldn't smoking in public still be a no no?? after all, alcohol is legal and in most states you still can't walk down the streets with a 40 in your hands and not get arrested for it right??
and just wondering as i have no info on this, but what does this legalization mean?? possession of up to a certain amount at home is now legal? what about growing it?? just curious... ty.
stale popcorn is nastyi'll just go ahead and post this ahead of time: cannabis has just been re-legalized in two states (colorado and washington).
i can't wait to see what happens now. both candidates wisely avoided commenting on the fact that these were going to pass. i am not surprised, even issues like marriage equality and anthropogenic climate change never came up.
long term popcorn in hand.
When hemp pollen is released it will destroy any other MMJ crop around it with in 30 miles do to wind, bees and other insets.Do hemp and maijuana cross breed? (probably the wrong term on a pot website)
Because my concern would be that fields of hemp could contaminate natural pot gardens creating undesirable hybrid strains...
bit much i'd say more like 1-2 mile radius on the coasts. When hemp pollen is released it will destroy any other MMJ crop around it with in 30 miles do to wind, bees and other insets.
