Only someone out touch or out of state would not know that California MMJ dispensaries are dropping like flies.
Two of the ones I personally deal with are being forced to close their doors as we speak and one other knows it's only time.
The feds have been using a new strategy that's working quite well. They threaten to confiscate the real property from owners for knowingly allowing their tenants to break federal laws, this forces the property owner to vacate the tenants lease or risk loosing their property!

These fuckwads are doing all this by written orders, it's not costing them jack shit, they're forcing the property owners to do all their dirty work.

Property owners have little recourse to prevent prosecutors from seizing their properties because they rent to dispensaries, which blatantly violate federal law prohibiting marijuana sales.
