hey, i was just watching shark week, and during black december in durbain south africa, the mayor got the navy to drop huge bombs into the water trying to kill sharks that were feasting on swimmers near the beaches..
the bombs didn't kill one shark, but created a lot of food for them and the attacks continued throughout the easter holiday.. :D

It's kind of silly that the writer of the article goes out of their way to highlight the fact that the ammunition is hollow point. All ammo that is intended for self defense in close quaters is hollow point lol. The whole point is to stop the threat immeditally and not to just piss them off with a clean pass through with little internal damage.

Hollow points have a secondary use as well, they don't go through walls and kill unintended targets.
