My total turnaround, in such a short time, is the result of careful and objective analysis by the Berkeley Earth Surface Temperature project, which I founded with my daughter Elizabeth. Our results show that the average temperature of the earth’s land has risen by two and a half degrees Fahrenheit over the past 250 years, including an increase of one and a half degrees over the most recent 50 years. Moreover, it appears likely that essentially all of this increase results from the human emission of greenhouse gases.

I looked into (Muller?)'s study over the weekend. Very interesting. One of the things he did was attempt to remove the "noise" (noise I have been talking about for some time even here) in the measurements and then attempt different correlations. He found only one direct correlation, the one between global temperature increases and CO2 increases. He could not find a correlation with solar activity - AT ALL.


This guy is simply one more nail in the coffin of skeptics, but they are already the walking dead. Time to discuss what to do about it, evalutations are over.

The earth is not warming - if it is, we didn't do it, if we did, we can't do anything about it, if we can, it is too expensive.

wait just a second...ya mean to say, we take millions of years of subterranean oil, burn it in a landscape that has been scalped of its CO2 absorbers, and it has an effect on our environment?

Right now there is another Koch Funded study that just began to dispute the results
And i am sure another Institute based in a warehouse out in Flyover country will come up with 28000 ficticious signatures by anyone who wants to claim to be a scientist refuting the study anyways

I believe the earth is warming, cannabis has problems, aspirin has problems, aspirin and pot are not interchangeable.


Again, explain to the guy with a headache who has to run that bulldozer that he should take a few hits of blueberry frost before he goes to work - cause it is safer than aspirin.

i would say, obviously he is in a hazardous line of work and should seek a less destructive way to occupy his body. Questioning him, Ask WHY he does what do he does would be a good start. Gotta work to pay ...what? Once you examine the what, freedom comes next.
