Is a parent to be blamed for a childs behaviour in school or are teachers in no way personally responsible for the education of their students?
Id like to see bad teachers simply removed from the system, as would happen in the private sector.
Parents are more so to blame for a child's behaviour in school, than a teacher is too blame. A teacher is in many ways personally responsible for the education of their students, but if the fundamental cores, principles, and foundations of how to behave in school are lacking, or non-existent due to the parent's lack of ability to properly raise a child, then the teacher it removed from the equation, because the parent is responsible before the teacher ever is.
I agree, bad teachers should be removed from the system. Bad parents should also be removed from the system too, but that raises an entire shit-storm of "what is right and wrong". As long as the government keeps handing out paychecks to idiots who raise idiot children, you will see absolutely no progress in the academic achievements of idiots abroad.
A ban on having children under certain circumstances doesn't seem too wrong, given society's current situation. And fuck anyone who thinks it's your right to have a kid regardless... is it your right to have a kid raised off someone else's money? Absolutely not, so go fuck yourself and your ignorance too.
