What hr 2306 is it stops the prohibition of Marijuan on the federal level which will all each stae to permit or not permit the consumption of weed. Here is a link for the actual legalization of weed. dif site and we need 100,000 sig's but we only hav 38,000. http://www.change.org/petitions/legalize-marijuana-4
I don't really think anyone really believes it'll change. BUT HERE'S FOR HOPING and making our voices heard irregaurdless.1. Do you believe that 100,000 names on a petition will cause both houses of congress to pass the legislation and then cause Obama to sign it into law?
2. How many States do you actually believe would then legalize cannabis?
I'm all for legalization, but I have heard people saying; "I have found a way to legalize marijuana" since about 1970 ... so pardon me if I don't get so excited over the prospects of it happening now that I get a bone.
After 44 years of hoping, like me, you will better understand my lack of excitement just because another cheerleader says, but at least we will be heard, they will know what we want, we will not remain silent, we shall overcome.I don't really think anyone really believes it'll change. BUT HERE'S FOR HOPING and making our voices heard irregaurdless.
Yep, hoping really pays dividends.Crazy that I don't think anyone from here has signed to popvox petition? Cmon guys seriously the more vote the better. Lets hope?
exaktly mateforgive my cynicism/paranoia, but wouldn't an online petition for people to sign who are in support of marijuana, and/or legalizing it, be the perfect tool for any type of law enforcement to use to find out just who exactly has a vested interest in weed; i.e. who might just be growing/selling it?
