California Medical Marijuana Industry Comes To Reality TV

Is it insanity or is it mainstream.

I for one would watch shows about growing.

This is going to put a very big exclamation point on Harborside Health Center’s reputation as the biggest and best dispensary in the medical marijuana business.
Reality TV might seem an unlikely backdrop for the political debate over marijuana in America, but increased interest in the issue makes anything and everything possible, and perhaps inevitable. Unless you think no one will tune in to see big bags of glowing green ganja flashing across the screen, it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise that this show is happening.
It’s a remarkably well-timed opportunity for experienced industry leaders to show the world what regulated patient access to medical cannabis looks like. As the Obama Administration escalates its senseless, backstabbing assault on medical marijuana, Americans can soon tune in to watch with their own eyes as marijuana is exchanged between responsible people in a responsible way. That can only be a good thing.

I'd say a little bit of both, who knows if could be pretty beneficial, or another TV-series just to make money.

It's a weird day.. Pot-TV and Intelligence agencies starting surveillance on pot growers in the USA.

I'm guessing that the Feds are ready to use military to beat down California. Seems the Feds know they have really lost the high ground in California (pun intended)

wow.. thanks for the heads up - and thanks for all of the informative posts lately! :)
Well I can only post the news I see.

I just saw a local conservative paper kick the dog and endorse legalizing.

Seems the reality that we cannot afford more and more monies to fund this war on drugs.

I believe any show on t.v. even if its educational, its there to make money. If the t.v. shows didn't have viewers = no money then it would be a waiste of time both for the directors and for the cast.

sometimes television reflects the truth.. i have seen a good handful of documentaries on prohibition and other controversial subjects speaking for the victims of bad policy.. unless it is so big that the white house keeps it down...

i am looking forward to Weed Wars on the 1st - people are asking me every day if it is out yet..

how can you kill us, there are a million of us. and we would all jump back underground at first sign of trouble, many already have. we will be okay. its the system that is under attack.

with computers today - we are all on their database i would guess.. they won't kill us, but they can manipulate our lives, put some of us in jail.. i am not worried because i have stated many times that i have a legitimate medical grow and they can fly drones over me all they want.. but, if i were growing on national forest land and the subject of 'Intelligence' gathering came up on this scale i would run back to Mexico and start weaving rugs..
