correct. feminized seeds have the xx chromosome so they will always be female, but yes they have a higher chance of turning hermaphrodite. here is why:
the male has the XY chromosome. The female is XX. You cross a male and female(xx and xy), you have a debatable 50/50% chance of male/female. hermaphrodites have the XX chromosome like females. So if they cross the offspring will be XX no matter what because the Y is non existent. males can never turn hermaphrodite. but any female can turn hermaphrodite from stress. an example is if you mess with the 12/12 light cycle, the plant will stress and may think its dying. so naturally the plants wants to reproduce like many other organisms. since there may be no pollen around, it produces its own pollen sacks.
