High Yeild Setup?

Well this is my first post here, however I have been using this site as a guideline for my plants for the last few months. I didnt know if this belongs in the setup section, I threw it in advanced because I'd love someone with A LOT of previous experience to answer a few questions for me. I am going to keep as much detail out of this because I do live in US . I have been growing for a little while training myself if you will, to start a small "family" business. I DO NOT live in California, it is still very illegal to grow and posses mj in my state. Has anyone ever rented property to grow large quantity? If so, what is ideal, something underground or above? Should I buy a generator, if so is there one that may be better than another? Pretty much what I'm asking if there is anyone who has had "substantially high yields" and had to keep a low profile could you throw me a few pointers. Jail is not what I'm looking for. If you feel that its easier to PM me if theirs a way to do it on this site you can. Thanks in advance for your time and great site btw I learned everything I know just from reading here.

I yield high bro but the landlords is another story.I owned my own place last year and Ive sold it now and renting.My grow is in my buddies home till I buy something else.I live in the southern US so I keep a low profile.I would not dare grow here where Im renting....

Cheers, the guys you are seeking advice from will not post here for very obvious reasons
If jail is not what you are looking for I would seriously consider moving to a state that tolerates MJ growers.

If your worried, you do have a unique opportunity to grow outdoors without getting caught this year. Just hike to a mountain creek and run hose off of a filter and mix cow shit in the soil where you plant and hand fertilize when their bigger. Than the only risk you run is wasting your time and getting your crop stolen
