OK i have a few quesitons hopefully you guys can resolve them
First of all, whats the difference between a carbon scrubber and a carbon filter?
From what ive gathered its the same thing but a srcubber is attatched to the intake side of the fan( so the air is pulled through) whereas a filter is attatched to the output side( so the air is pushed through).
Is this correct?
Secondy, which is more effective? Both in terms of airflow(cfm) and in terms of odor elimination?
It would be interesting to make an experiment where someone uses the trash bag trick to measure cfm on a fan.
You could measure once when the fan is regular.
Once when the carbon scrubber is attatched(on the intake side of the exhaust fan).
THen again when attatched as a filter(has to be blown out the fan)
Then compare CFM of the scrubber vs the filter setup....
