Your right, lol... he did start indoors, and his moving the plants outside, is in fact a photoperiod change; which he considered that flowering, and it isn't, unless there's actual flowers, lol..Did she have preflowers when you began flowering?

If you put the plant outside after 3 weeks of vegging; it's still needs to mature for longer, until it shows pre flowers, it has been 2 weeks since the change, I think in another 2-3 weeks it will start flowering... many noobs confuse new growing leaf sprouts with pistils...

Everyone look at my update on Dec 1st.Its 37 Days old.
30 Days veg,
and on December 1st it showed sex,
so its been flowering for a week!
Need a better camera,
enjoy..

& guys,
like I already said,
the pistils have already appeared,
thats when ive been counting.
So it makes 2 Weeks flowering today.
And theirs only like 5 or 6 pistols.
Compared to its size and 2 weeks flowering,
doesnt it seem rather odd that it only has a couple of pistils?

How old is the plant? since it started it's vegging stage, not counting the seedling time...

30 days seems a bit soon for a plant to be sexually mature. If there weren't any pistils on it when you switched it up then flowering technically begins when you see the first pistils, which you stated was Dec. 1st. So it's been flowering for about 2 weeks now but you are seeing pistils. It sounds to me like it's just fine. You are probably worrying about nothing. Some plants just flower slower than others. I can honestly say I've never done an outdoor winter grow so I wouldn't even know what to expect.
