It depends, are we talking USD or CAD dollars? because I'm in Canda.
You're right though, its $199 up front on a 3 year term... and roughly $85 USD a month.. (I pay $95 CAD a month) and I get 200 anytime minutes + unlimitied incoming calls + unlimited text + 1GB data + visual voicemail..
and bro.. believe me 1 GB of data is HUGE on the iPhone... I download apps, surf the internet ENDLESSLY, use the GPS and NEVER EVER come close to the 1GB limit.
The best feature I believe is the camera... on the iPhone 4 its AMAZING bro.... the picture it takes are just unbelievable... and I will show you.... also the videos is records are AWESOME MAN... 720P high definition at 30 FPS.. and the LED Flash is so bright. but also thats not it... there are so many apps... free and paid... the phone is really fast... and it just feels really nice in the hand.
Another HUGE plus... is that there is NO CHEAP PLASTIC PARTS!!! Everything is this special steel alloy.... even the inside workings and the sim tray... no cheap plastic... just glass on steel on glass.. and it feels very nice.
The battery lasts a LONG time man... even compared to the 3GS... do some googling... you can find pictures of the inside of an iPhone 4... and like 60% of the internal components is JUST the battery..... it lasts like 48 whole hours... (playing music, using 3G and GPS, taking pictures, talking texting) without needing a charge.
Not to mention the new gyroscope inside maxes the tilt controls so responsive.... I was getting frustrated on the 3gs cuz sometimes you'd turn it and it wouldn't respond...
Believe me, I'm not an apple marketer but the phone is beautiful.

I'm not an apple marketer man... but believe me the iPhone 4 is GREAT.
The bugs, glitches, errors... are blown out of proportion... look at the STATISTICAL FACTS.... more people returned the iPhone 3GS in the first week of sales than the iPhone 4.... how can you argue with plain mathematics? In some cases.... you might get a defective phone where the camera stops working... or the glue fades a yellow hue... but WHO THE FUCK CARES? Walk down to the apple store... and I can 1000000000000000000000% guarantee they will just give you a BRAND NEW phone right there on the spot... (as long as your still under warranty, but everyone who has an iPhone 4 is under warranty)
which is a hell of a lot better than any other phone manufacturer is going to do!!... what happens when you break your shitty little rogers phone or whatever? you go down there... you have to PAY $50 bucks... and they give you a crappy ass loaner phone..... while you wait sometimes up to a MONTH for them to repair and send back your "fixed" phone......... Apple will just REPLACE it.... right then and there.... I plowed through like SIX iphone 3GS in one year.

Careful posting pics taken from your iphone. The iphones uses gps data to add a meta tag to your image files which basically records where the picture was taken. So taking pics of your growroom w/ your iphone and posting them online is a bad idea. I'm fully aware of the "geo-tagging" capabilities of the iPhone(not just the iPhone, but ANY GPS ENABLED SMARTPHONE) (yes your blackberry, android all do it)... but I have not posted anything illegal... I posted a picture of my cat... and some weed... and I am a legal med patient.
ps: on the iPhone 4 you can set the option to dis-allow the camera app from accessing your GPS co-ordinates... aka turning off geotagging.
Try and grab the GPS data off my pictures... I can guarantee you won't get it.... at least not from the pictures taken off my iPhone... but the GPS co-ordinates are embedded in the pictures taken from a 3GS

A 2 GHZ dual core proccessor is still far off from mobile phones... and even if it were possible... (which im sure a micro 2ghz dual core processor is) the battery life would be ZERO.

Hm ok....we'll see. It isn't that far off. It'll be here to make the iPhone 4 more obsolete then it already is. The only real thing it has going for it is the screen resolution and the app store. Bout it. Every other phone out there has all the features the iPhone does if not more....and the iPhone is still lagging behind. But support your newely, already outdated before it was released, phone. Enjoy. To each his own. The iPhone isn't anything more then a phone now. Revolutionary in the 1st gen cycles. Then over a year everyone caught up. Now what? Oh let's make it bigger and take away the phone capability.

I'm not saying it does magical things other phones don't do.. I'm just saying... everything is does is smooth and effortless... as upposed to clicking stupid buttons going up and down left and right on a stupid keypad or some stupid shitty touch interface.
It just works...
and ps: a 2GHZ dual core processor for mobile phones is still two years if not more away... so sit there and wait while I enjoy my kickass phone

Hm android works fucking fantastic.No gay buttons or keyboards. And isn't locked into gay contracts with gay coverage with gay reception. Damn. Nothing like releasing the "worlds thinest phone" that can't even get proper reception. Let alone is shipped with a HUGE dangerous pdf flaw. Which even then launched with barely caught up specs other then the screen. You go ahead and live on your iPhone. You spend that extra $500 just for the apple logo. Enjoy.
