Just found out my Neck is broken...

And this is why health care costs so much.
As a doctor (General Practitioner), if someone comes in with a hurt neck, how often do you think its just a pulled muscle... 99.9999999%
If you ran X-rays and MRIs on every single person who complained of a stiff neck, you would be making everyone pay thousands of dollars for something they didn't even need. If I complain of a headache, no doctor is going to immediately assume brain cancer. Frivolous lawsuits, even though you were just joking (I guess...) are the main reason why healthcare is so expensive.

I'm glad you got everything straightened out correctly, but the doctor, as a general practitioner, handled it how you are supposed to. I hope you are able to find relief/treatment.

Hey man, im in a drug program probation thing after i got busted, and they put me in a group with like crackheads and stuff but the most people we have is prescription drugs from doctors who prescribed more. It really fucked up.

I do agree that frivolous lawsuits do drive up the cost of health care, but i disagree that the doc did everything she could.. Honestly its the 2nd time that doctor did nothing when i had serious problems, In January my colon was hemorrhaging and she just said i had the flu, went to a specialist and they found out my colon was bleeding.. Both times i feel like she just didnt want to be their so she just pushed me aside.. With how much healthcare costs if i go in their with a sprained wrist and i want it xrayed i feel they should!

If its as serious as a neck or spine issue i think thats a case where you xray no matter what, if i would have just taken that docs word for it my back would have healed all fucked up and at that point i would sue..

Ya man its way fucked up, thing is alot of those kids get prescribed OC and end up turning to heroine..

Ive had a couple friend die from overdosing off prescription pills..
