Are more people growing than ever?

Iv'e have only been a riu member for 10 months now but it that short time, it seems I have noticed an increase in new pep's into growing. Just wondering if anyone else had noticed and what you
think the increase was do to. More people smoking? Or perhaps the current economic situation. Your Thoughts.

How bout it Ganga masters. I know you are out there. :weed:

I grow cause I am legal to and sick of paying for what I can do a better job of producing

And like the old saying goes, if you want something done right do it yourself!!!!

And feed a man a fish he eats for a day, no teach him to fish and he will eat for a lifetime !!

I love to fish!

And this poor guy got attack by a shark 3 feet from me when my buddy was reeling him in

just read the thread title and without reading the post i am just going to say YES!

the movement is more popularized and once you start growing, i figure it must be hard to stop!

so yeah, more and more everyday :)

hell ive seen so many "first grow" threads on this site lately.

stay medicated!

I'm also willing to bet that once become stoners, about 90% of them never stop.

It's not because of addiction, it's because the quality of life is SO much better.

obviously its situation dependent. like when exercising and playin hoops full court the last thing I want to be is stoned.

other than that, fuck yeah all day er daaaay

I think the newer people stick out more since most of the oldest members have gone on to some other site. when i first started their would be a older member leaving cuz of a fight w/staff or whatever every once in a great while, then in the last 2 months almost all of the older members left.(btw, by older im not talking about physical age , i mean in time spent here. just to make sure you dont misunderstand) I can name off tons of em. it also seems alot more of the ones who do start at this site leave after a few months and never come back.

I agree except that fear has been deeply instilled in the people. It may take a long time to get more people to stand up on this issue. bongsmilie

I think it is great. I think the medicinal attention it is getting is making people being more informative on the benifits of marijuana, therefore forming there opinion with an educated open mind, and they agree. The rest are just haters.

thats some animal planet shit...... on the growing situation... yeah people are growing the shit out of it......its a trend now.... everyone wants to grow.... cannabis is commercial now..... it seems like everyone i almost know is trying or doing it every once and awhile.... especially when you learn about buyin seeds??? shiet.. almost like dreams come true.... i bet atleast every month there is 1000 people in a 10 city radius jus gettin into growing and planting there first seeds..... ..... tellin ya...
