Magnesium deficiency
Oh okay thank you ! Do you think it's because of the high humidity levels during night especially (around 75% I have) ? Is magnesium one of the hard-moving elements which needs more dry environment for the plants to absorb it ? Like calcium for example ?

Need a lot more grow info..
Hey,

Well , I have two HPS 600W and two 265W Led lights in a 170×170 growspace , making a total of aprox 1700W and I run hydro with perlite as a medium, I kept temperatures of 27° Celsius , humidity 60-65 % during the day and during the night temp 20-22° and humidity 70-80 until up to now ( I managed to keep it around 60-65 % max at night the last few days). During the day I lowered the humidity as well the last few days to 55-60 %. EC is around 1400-1600 and PH around 6,3. And btw I forgot , I'm in 3rd week of flower , 20th day to be exact.

That's about it.

If you need any more details let me know !

No idea on the actual science but it seems using LED increases demand for magnesium. At least in my experience using LED. You can apply foliar spray. 1 tablespoon of UNSCENTED Epsom salts in a gallon of water. I add a drop or two of Dawn dishwashing soap but any liquid soap will do. Acts as a wetting agent so the solution doesn’t just roll off.

IME when switching to leds the plants seem to require added magnesium. 1 tsp/gal every week or two depending on the amount of mag in your water. Its also not a one size fits all its strain/pheno dependent.
