Watering after plant stress

Ok so I got aphids on my girls and I delt with them by spraying water and hand picking. I went out this morning and I found and picked off just a few. So my question is can I water and give nutes if a plant looks stressed or if I just cut of 30% of their leaves? Or will it stress them out more? Should I wait a day or two. The only thing is their pots are light and need a good feeding. They should have gotten it yesterday but I was dealing with the aphids.

Me personally. Whenever I do something that stresses the plant, like lollipopping, or thinning over grown plants I always water immediately before or after I do it. I “might” consider a light feeding but it is usually just water. I’ve been lucky the past 2-3 years and have had no pests. I’m using neem seed meal in my soil mix and in compost teas. Can’t say that’s the reason, but I haven’t had bad bugs!

I would continue watering as you would any other time. As far as the nutes, I'll leave that one alone, you're on your own there. Stay on top of those aphids though. Just because they appear to be gone don't let down your guard, they are nasty little buggers.

I don’t want to spray them with anything so late into flower so I’m just going to go out everyday and pick and spray And hope my babies survive.

Thanks so much for the advice. I watered them without nutes and I’ll just wait until next week to feed.
