I could care less about Hop Latent Virus and cannabis. I don't have it. I've never had it. I don't know anyone that's ever had it. Frankly I don't give a damn. And if by some chance you come across it then just ditch those genetics and grow something else. I can guarantee that it's not as widespread as you and others are making it out to be.

Thousands of growers on numerous forums posting thousands of pictures of healthy plants. How many are posting pictures of plants with this so called dudding? If it was even close to the problem you seem to think it is then it would be popping up all over with hundreds and thousands of growers experiencing it. Think about that for a couple hours which is probably how long it will take to sink in.

This virus only really exists in the clone trading and selling arena. And that's a huge thing worldwide. But believe what you want. And no I don't affiliate with anyone not sure why if I tell someone to test something at ANY lab you keep saying I'm affiliated with someone.

I'm not obsessed with it. Just trying to counter those like you that are spreading a bunch of nonsense. 99.9% of people growing cannabis will never experience it. You and others like you are making it out to be some kind of massive plague that's spreading exponentially. It isn't. If anything it appears isolated to genetics from the same people that claim to have identified it and will charge people to get their plants tested.

You need to brush up on your critical thinking skills.

You and others have been going on and on about HPLVD and testing to see if you have it when none of you have it or have had it. You read about it and now anything wrong with your plants might be HPLVD. Look through the thousands of posts on this and other cannabis forums and tell me how many examples of positive identification of dudding you can find.

I rest my case. Unfortunately yours will continue despite any actual proof just a few articles possibly paid for by a single entity.

Over the next 6 months my flowers turned from dank to hay. Touch a branch in flower and it would snap off of the main stem. Then clones wouldn't root. I went from 100% rooting to about 10%.
Those plant's that rooted went in to veg and same symptoms persisted.
So I shut everything down. It nearly ruined me. Testing confirmed it to be Hpvld. I had to chuck 15 or so mothers, most of my equipment, sterilise walls and floors and ozone.
It's up there with the worst experiences of my life. I started again with some genetics from a friend who had a clean set of plants.

So don't come at me with your shitty posts telling everybody that's its not real. I don't give a fuck about dark heart. I'll recommend any lab that tests for viruses. I know this viroid as much as anyone who has experienced it. At this point you just look like a complete moron to me and anyone else who's had it.
The clone selling market has exploded in recent years and you will see more of this like it or not..

Why are you guys even bothering with questionable clones? If the clones you're getting are bad then don't buy them anymore. There are plenty of people that buy clones and never have any issues. You're likely in California and seems like a cluster of growers and nurseries. Scrap the genetics and move on.

HPLVD doesn't just walk into your grow room. If as they say it can be passed on in clone and seed then don't get genetics from those suppliers. Why are you screwing around? Get your shit together and get decent genetics. There are literally hundreds of different seed and clone providers that don't have any issues with HPLVD.

Why are you even bothering growing plague tainted genetics to begin with? Good genes are not hard to find. 99.9% of growers are able to find them. Why can't you?
