Ok … lets take a look at “ ShirtlessGuyDreamer “ claim …..

“ growing for 15 years / 100s of plants “

Lets say … 200 plants ( give or take the BS )

200 over 15 years = 13.3 ( ish ) per year
4 harvests a year ( 90 day blocks ) = about 3 - 3.5 plants per run.

Remember these are your blowhard claims ….
3.5 plants per run average.

Wow … masterclass.

The thing about this is that one cannabis nursery claims it's the Covid of cannabis. Makes statements like 35% of cannabis is affected. They must mean 35% of the strains they have been selling for years. There are literally thousands of strains in seed form and clone. But wait, they found it and they have a cure. Just pay them and you'll be good to go.

You're really out there reaching now. I'm probably one of the most science based people posting on this forum. You sound like the clown calling me a racist over in the politics section despite the fact that I have brown skin.

Go ahead and send in your samples to test for HPLVD. I really don't give a damn about all this silliness.

One cannabis nursery makes a claim that 35% of all cannabis is infected by HPLVD yet there is no way in hell they have actually tested the thousands of strains out there to legitimately come up with that ridiculous number. They must mean 35% of the strains they breed and have been selling to people like you for years. Now they want you to pay them to test for and cure what appears to be something plaguing them but not the other 99% of cannabis growers around the world. Good grief. Bend over and break out your wallet if you so desire.

I'll continue growing cannabis for another couple of decades without giving this nonsense another thought.

Yep sounds like a solid grift to put on unsuspecting growers - send in a sample / take money and respond negative findings and wait for next idiot.

If we were talking cash crop - then i would think preventative measures would ALREADY be in place to keep grow “ clean “ .

For the regular home grower , you eye spy a blemish and shit your pants. Hilarious.

Maybe unsterile medium or just grower goofups .
Variegated leaf gets people freaking out - people growing duck foot or that ugly ass FREAKSHOW cut .

Jeezus - grow it , flower it , cut it …. How fucking hard is that ?

Do you send in grass clippings in for testing ?

I think you took what I said too literally.. I've never don't the math.. 5 runs a year, different numbers of Flowering plants throughout. Not that it's really that important. I don't like to argue with fools so scoot. You spent more time posting on here than growing plants. Stop being lazy and get to work.

Seems like you are imagining things.

The truth is, everyone knows about hop latent viroid. It's quite odd that you never heard of it. But people who shun social media wont know what's going on in the industry.
35%? Did they say that about hemp? Certainly that's is stupid but you can't believe everything one person says

No I haven't. No sure if saw the leaf pics I posted. But I'm pretty sure dark heart put those style leaf pics when they started this movement on the disease we've all be discussing. At first I thought it was TMV, then you guys told me TMV doesn't exist it cannabis. Then dark heart posted their story with those same pics as I posted. Basically I'm still confused.

The only real way to know is to get if tested. Tmv is nothing like hlv

I never said you called me a racist. I was referencing another individual and comparing it to you calling me anti-science.

Do you understand that? It's very simple.


And I've heard of Hop Latent Virus. Good grief. You need to put down the pipe. Too much weed is dulling your mind to the point that you can't even think.

I probably know more about it than you as I've researched and read everything I could about it because a bunch of panic mongers were going on about it in another thread that got closed down.

This thread isn't my first rodeo. But I have no desire to beat a dead horse any further.

I could care less about Hop Latent Virus and cannabis. I don't have it. I've never had it. I don't know anyone that's ever had it. Frankly I don't give a damn. And if by some chance you come across it then just ditch those genetics and grow something else. I can guarantee that it's not as widespread as you and others are making it out to be.

Thousands of growers on numerous forums posting thousands of pictures of healthy plants. How many are posting pictures of plants with this so called dudding? If it was even close to the problem you seem to think it is then it would be popping up all over with hundreds and thousands of growers experiencing it. Think about that for a couple hours which is probably how long it will take to sink in.

Now run along and leave me alone because I'm bored of you.
