Harvesting pollen sacks

can anyone give me some pointers onto harvesting pollen from a male plant? recently sexed my plant as male so this season outdoor growing is done as its september already. so i plan on buying femmed seeds for next season and id like to harvest some pollen from the sacks on this plant for next season.
I dont know how to go about this. and when is the right time to do so, ive notcied one sack looks like its opened up already, but there are a ton others that haven't just yet.

How do you collect and store pollen?

For future use want to collect and store pollen from a male just started to show sacs before I kill it. After a month in veg it flipped accidentally after a power failure . Don't know if I have to grow it out more in separate room and how to store pollen at what temp and how long is it viable...
