That should be enough to grow one little plant. So that being said, your soil...... It looks like diarrhea. Likely the main cause of any issues you are having.

Well... its kind of small to put in a bigger pot at this point... I honestly dont know what i would do. I think i would just start over but thats usually a pretty unpopular opinion.

You should just go ahead and put it in another container with better soil, it can’t hurt at this point. You need to use better soil — something with perlite, peat moss, bark, etc. Do they sell potting soil where you live?
