The plant looks over watered. Let the pot fully dry out before re-watering. If you have problems with how dry it is, get another pot the same size, fill it with dry medium, and when you check, lift the planted pot and dry pot. If they are relatively equal in weight, water. If not, wait a day and check again.

When do you water? You should always water at lights on, as daytime is when the plant uses the majority of the water. At night, the roots just sit in it as much less is used.

The ceramic pots have drain holes, so that shouldn't be the problem. I've always grown in either plastic or ceramic so I doubt that's your issue. Over watering isn't about how much water you're giving every time, it's not letting the pot dry out properly between each watering.

As plants get bigger they "go to sleep" and "wake up" to the light coming on and off. So theres some droop of the leaves every time the lights go out.

Depending upon how big the root system is and how and when you water, the roots sometimes lack enough oxygen and droop. That is your sitch. So let it dry it will be fine.
Get a $8 moisture meter it makes it v ez to know when to water.
