Noob here with a lighting question

Just keep in mind, by the end of a 2nd run, your lights will have probably already lost 25% of its output. My very 1st grow ever, I ran 3 in aeroponics and had 17 dry ounces, 2nd run with 3 was half that, and 3rd was even less. I still run 4 of them until I have time to finish my build, but you'll definitely notice decreases after each grow. If you're going to stick with LED, which I would recommend, definitely dont keep wasting money on cheap ones and look into going DIY or spending the money on an HLG or Timber set up.
As I mentioned I plan on getting a 4x4 tent too and I will keep all this in mind for that thank you

105. 110 max.

Kill
If they're 200 and not the 110 I saw I'd say you're good. @TintEastwood ?
Yeah. It's confusing on the low end lights.

The very first post....image has 110w in the description.

The one I found listed 105 in the techno section.

New growers need to find this forum before they jump. I have a couple T5's collecting dust. They worked fine at the time. I have extra cmh and cobs going unused too! Lol

Keep both (if they have veg/bloom switch) ON ALL THE TIME and you'll be a happy harvester here in a few months.
But remember, "more light=bigger buds" :)
Ill turn the bloom switch on from now on too good think my first seed just sprouted today blueberry gum #2 I also have a 300w(idk the actual wattage atm) mars hyrdo light I may throw in

Soil and I have fox farm.nutes on the light itself it says 100w(dual chip) so I think its 200w actual and the mars hydro i have is 300 model I looked its 130w actual so I'm gunna throw that in too just to be safe

I'm a cocoholic, never grown in soil.

Fyi. I do see many folks having issues with overdoing ff nutes. Check around on dosage.

Regardless if I see them getting stressed and struggling I can always get a new/better light within a few days and save them

Wayyyyy off subject.
Just saw you're a new member.
A bit of advice.
This place is like the rest of the world.
Some bad apples. But don't get down if people get cranky here.
Just move on and keep growing.

Here's a couple things that really helped me out in the beginning...

Hey man I might be a little late to this but..
I’d shy away from all amazon lights. Learned my lesson. It’s too hard to tell what’s a good light and what’s not, plus for the money you spent on 3 amazon lights, you could get 1 much better light from alibaba.
Maybe even an HLG light if you’re only in a 3x3. Don’t cheap on the lights.
If you’re trying to go cheap it might be easier to not go the LED route. That’s what I’ve learned so far.
Those alibaba lights are dope from what ive seen so far. I got one for my 4x4 (480w pull) and it rocks, and it was only $350 including shipping.

Many use those.

Some have separate ballast, allowing it to be mounted outside the tent if desired.

I run 2 315's in a 4x4.

I believe this is the one. Hard to get the link on my phone but yeah! So far it’s working great. Running a 6” ac infinity fan with a 6” filter and two small fans blowing the canopy. Temps are 64-67 night and 78-81 day time. I have the driver on the light in the tent; but you can mount it outside if you want.
Pics are the day after I got it
