You can try propping it up with a stick but usually this happens because of not enough light or damping off. You have plenty of light, so I'd lean towards over watered. Make sure you let the soil dry completely between waterings.

Definitely spar it gently cause u gona mess up the root system! Just dont over water it at this stage they have very little roots so they dont need as much water. Also next time try and spray some water in the leaves

Well this is the first time i have sprayed them i only bought the bottle today i have some already in the tent 10 days old and always watered them from the bottom best start going back to that - how do i know when to add water because the potting soil looked bone dry ant tips

I usually go by the weight of the pot. I learn what the pot feels like dry then give them a little lift every once and a while to see how the weight compares. After a while you just kind of get a feel for it.

It's possible the spray just knocked it over and it will perk back up.
