firsty time growing with organics, here is the link to my grow journal so you can see whats up:https://www.rollitup.org/t/anon25314s-medical-grow.991586/#post-14988803
I have a few bag seed plants im gonna grow in solo cup/1litre pots in the corner of the tent for fun. 2 have kind of fallen down and wont bounce back up? did I under/over water? or is it because they dont have strong enough stems? im lost, but its not a huge deal either way, this is soon to be blunt weed in a few months hopefully haha.

They need stronger light from the second they emerge to prevent that stretching. That's why they are falling over.

I start flicking my new sprouts around once they start getting their first true leaves to toughen up the stem. Can use a bamboo skewer or chopstick to act as support with a little loosley tied twist tie around the stem. Then when you transplant bury them a couple inches deeper to shorten up that long bit of stem.

More light for sure. When you transplant them, you can plant them a little deep, it'll help avoid the stem being too weak as it grows.

Edit to add: sorry, I just realized I repeated the other guys opinion. Sorry to be redundant!

Redundancy saves lives so don't apologize. Must be a fellow Canadian eh. ;)

Oh they will be fine for sure, then! They stretch like that to reach for the light... My first grow was total half-ass and my seedlings were super stretched... In the end, I got a few ounces of good (but fluffy) bud and a lot of lessons leaned the hard way. No regrets lol

Get some good reading material for free!

I found a great spot to download FREE POT BOOKS . I downloaded a grow bible first and got lots more. Books look great and complete like the real ones I have here. No web site but just a page of links. Just right click on what you want and then "Save Link As" to download so they don't open first as many are 50+ megs. They got lots. Enjoy.

We are cooking with gas now! That was a pic yesterday. Today is day 1 under 18/6 lights at about 50%. Its the 2VL timber 210watt 3500k grow light. Sucker was well worth it, and wasn't too heavy for me to hang myself in the tent. Already can see a difference! Keeping it about 18in from canopy as per manufacturers instructions. This first grow is gonna be rocky, will def go with a clone from this run or a fem seed next time and just scrog/lst.

Nice. What that blue thing? A humidifier? Just a tip I've learnt from being a newbie. You don't want it to humid in there when there top heavy and young like that. It's a invitation for damping off. But that said. It means watering less. So if it works for you as it does for some . Sweet!. If you see them bending at the base and it looks dark and thinner at the base of the stem. Hit them with some chlorinated tap water to try kill the damping off bacteria. Some is worse. Everything I've wrote may be pointless if this method works fine for you :) just thought I may comment. Probably shouldn't as to just worry you lmao. So yer don't worry just adding my thoughts from my own newbie experience
