Lol, there’s a big friggin world out here...I just took one from your playbook and bailed. Lmao. Actually I used those exact words in my fair well speech.
Agreed! And fuck that one guy too. You already know. Lol walking away. I’m out ain’t got time for it but I’m gonna click my seatbelt on and enjoy the ride bro! Not gonna clutter your journal with the nonsense so I’ll shut up now and do some reading.Lol, there’s a big friggin world out here...
Hey man, stop by anytime, my threads are pretty freewheeling...Agreed! And fuck that one guy too. You already know. Lol walking away. I appreciate that!Hey man, stop by anytime, my threads are pretty freewheeling...
This popped up as upper left choice after watching the video. Plastic collars rather than cardboard tubes and weather stripping for the win? I think I would use the Henry's 900 rather than plastic epoxy.Simple, sterile glove box:
A good one! Lots out there, for diff uses; this was well-thought out and well-made.This popped up as upper left choice after watching the video. Plastic collars rather than cardboard tubes and weather stripping for the win? I think I would use the Henry's 900 rather than plastic epoxy.
Excellent points. Another take with 500k views. Not sure about the fold it for storage part but using a vacuum cleaner HEPA bag for intake and vacuum for suction seems like a great setup. I'm guessing sealing/closing the suction side before turning off the vaccum would help.A good one! Lots out there, for diff uses; this was well-thought out and well-made.
Couple thoughts, now that i’ve seen a bunch:
1. Take the Keep It Simple, Stupid approach, just the necessary modification, bells and whistles are a waste of time - you’re working in a tote, for godsakes!
2. Biggest pvc diameter you can get for ports - to get hands thru
3. Narrowest length pvc ports (on sideview) - for range of motion; you don’t need 2 pvc fittings as above. If you need 2 pieces, get a screwable flange and base...
4. For a stronger glove-port connection, attach gloves to pvc port using a worm-drive hose clamp, seal with duct tape.
5. Use gloves that are way bigger than your hands...you will be reminded of this, if you forget...when trying to pull your hands out of them.
6. Consciously decide whether you want tote lid to be the base or the top of your glovebox.
7. Learn how to sanitize glovebox and how to use sterile technique....or you will be pissed at all the time and money you wasted.

There’s another one where the guy has gas connections, for filling with argon....Excellent points. Another take with 500k views. F that! What did you get? Mine (https://www.horticulturesource.com/tissueponics-starter-kit-36-p27106)
I already have the one you received...and i plan to start it early next week w cannabis and some other cuttings, as soon as my clone tent is freed up. This is basically an in vitro cloning kit, that takes 8-11 weeks to get a transplantable rooted cutting. I do same thing in my diy aerocloner, in 10-14 days.F that! What did you get? arrived yesterday and I only broke one test tube unpacking. 35 tubes and counting...
I'm with you on the aerocloner! Just ran a batch and went 14/14 with 12-17 days to transplant. The real benefit of tissue culture of canabis is the multiplication/replication stage, where you can exponentially expand the number of clones.
This kit is the one i linked above, where they f’d up the order.

It is the kit that enables you to go from cutting to fully rooted miniature plant in vitro, like this:

I’ll start this one in a few weeks.
I’d try it...it’s the way to learn....take something near bottom.....I'm with you on the aerocloner! Just ran a batch and went 14/14 with 12-17 days to transplant. Dredge the roots in Mykos and into solos.
Maybe I jumbled up my memory but I thought the tissueponics kit allows to double an explant in size in 2 weeks and then straight into rapid rooters. Reading that back it now sounds far fetched to double but maybe it's the sucrose? I'm hoping to make a clone of a plant already well into flower. What do you think? Chance in hell?
Do it in a small, draft-free space...i’m gonna use an empty tent to put them in the tubes...No hepa filter or vacuum here. KISS for sure. "Super super clean way, a couple sprays with alcohol..."
