Take your eyes off the brown leaflet and focus on the new growth; you're short on Mg. You may have something munching your leaves a bit; you'll need to give them the once over, otherwise, they don't look that bad. Snip off the leaf if it's bothering you; one leaf does not a grow make. Don't sweat it.

If your asking if its nute burn..ima assume you fed it and you notice a problem. Tip burn on the new growth is too much nutes yes. Not sure if its the flash on the pic but the new growth looks a bit yellowish which is borderline N tox. If it stays in this state then you can probably ride it out..but if it gets worse and starts clawing, browning, dying at the new growth then its N tox for sure. Cpl waterings for now and light cal mag feeding when it or if it starts showing progression. Remember more is not always better. Dont force feed unless you absolutely know how far you can push each strain you have

If it is N toxicity be careful adding cal/mag...most of those products contain a dose of nitrogen.
Ahh, did not head this warning i fed some cal mag that has 2-0-0 stated, the plants seems to be getting worste since. What do?
This plant hasnt grown much over the last thirty days. It is about 10 days since 12/12 switch and no signs of sex. Gettin worried

Random hardware store potting soil, been keeping the water / feedings below 7 and above 5.5 ph as best i can

Ok so my best advice would be a $10 pH meter for starters; adjust pH to a steady 6.5 so plant can best absorb available nutrients, good luck

Get a handle on your pH. As Beachwalker stated, you need to dial it in more for proper nutrient uptake.
Your plant does not look like it's suffering from N toxicity.
Be patient; you just took these plants and knocked them off a full day's worth of light to 12 hours of light. They have to adjust, just like you when they set the clocks back or ahead...and it's only an hour change...now think about your girls. Patience; they'll show their selves to you soon enough.
Don't stray too far from what you're doing. Dial in your pH and you should be good to go. Good luck.

Should i flush it out with ph' ed water? I watered not long ago and it takes quite awhile for the plant to dry it up. I think i have probably been over watering as is.

Don't flush...it's a misnomer and the wrong thing to do. As it's been mentioned; you need to dial in your pH...it's important. What are you feeding, at what %, how often, are you watering with plain water, pH, etc, etc, etc???.....answer these types of questions and you'll get a more pointed reply from those who can help.
Using half the recommended dose of Advanced nutrients ph perfect micro, grow and bloom i fed this with each watering after about 3-4 weeks old.
I gave one feeding of calmag the last time i watered.
My watering schedule was to water until 20% runoff every 4-5 days or until considerable weight was lost. Pretty sure i was overwatering.
No idea what you mean by dialing in my ph

Your plants look like they have possible pH swing issues, your description of what your pH'ing to would back up this hypothesis; start adjusting it properly and consistently for best results.
So wait until the plant needs water again and water with a ph of 6.5? and continue to water staying as close to the same ph as possible?

As far as cal mag , you can add during plain watering .
It takes a bit for transition and the upper light areas do happen during the change sometimes.
Your stems and stalk look very green still so I think there is a nominal issue.
You can also do a little cleanup on her ( leaf ) and LST to “ open “ her branching up.
Stay the course and resist throwing every bottle of this and that at it.
Keep a veg feed during stretch phase of preflowering , it will utilize the available nitro for branching.
Every strain is different , some lag , some race.

If you are running bagged soil ... ph at 6.3 to 6.5 nothing more , nothing less.
